If you’ve been on Instagram recently, you’ve most likely seen Snif, a new fragrance brand that lets you try their scents for free. After seeing it on Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe Kardashian’s stories, and then again on PopSugar and a few other sites, I had to see what the hype was about.
I went to Snif.co and ordered the 3-scent kit, wait for it… for free. It comes with 3 of their signature scents: Ex on the Beach, Salty Stares, and Way With Woods, which are all gender-neutral, cruelty-free, and vegan.
While waiting for my Snif to arrive, which only took 3 days, I did some more research into Snif and learned their scents are all crafted by a 150-year old heritage fragrance house.
Editor’s Note: Snif is currently extending the trial period beyond the normal 7 days all the way to February 21st, so you or your loved one can smell extra yummy on Valentine’s Day.
Snif Arrives in Style
Snif arrived in a beautiful cream-colored box, with full-size bottles as well as samples to try, before I commit. The samples were enough for a few uses, which let me spritz it on my wrist, or wear it to dinner to see if I really like them.
The 30ml bottles are all TSA-friendly, which is great because I always take my bag as a carry-on, and the fragrances are all made in accordance with clean industry standards.
Snif-ing the Fragrances
I tried Ex On The Beach first, and it immediately made me want to book a flight to a tropical, but sexy, location. The Maldives, maybe? Oh, and I will require a glass of wine.
Second, I tried Way With Woods. This was by far my favorite of the three. I wanted to put a red dress on, spritz some Way With Woods on my neck, and go to Carbone for dinner with my boyfriend.
Lastly, I tried Salty Stares. This is what I want to wear on a daily basis when I’m getting ready. Whether I’m going out for a lunch, working from home, or walking my dog, Salty Stares feels like the everyday scent for me.
The sign of a truly high-quality and premium fragrance is that it lasts all day, without the need to re-apply it throughout the day, and with Snif, the scent lasts all day.
Final Notes
I ended up keeping all 3 of the scents, which saved me $45 in the end. They are $65 each, if you keep just 1 or 2, but with all 3, it becomes $150 total. It’s a steal. Plus, with their Valentine’s Day promotion, you have an extra week or two to mull it over before deciding to keep them all like I did!
You don’t need to spend $250 in order to get a premium, high-quality, cruelty-free fragrance, try Snif for free today.
