As an IBS queen, I know a thing or two about painful bloating.
Ice cream, bread, coffee, apples, nuts, lentils, anything with artificial sweeteners…you name it, I’ll blow up like a hot air balloon if I eat it. I’ve tried all of the bloating remedies with varying levels of success, but as someone who hates taking pills and gags trying to choke down the anti-bloat powders, I’m always on the hunt for a solution that doesn’t make me miserable.
But when I heard that Kourtney Kardashian had launched a gummy vitamin called Lemme Debloat, I was dismissive. The concept of debloating gummies that actually work was appealing, but I just wasn’t prepared to give in and give a Kardashian any of my hard-earned dough—especially when I wasn’t confident the product was anything more than a cash-grab. I’ve tried my fair share of “debloat gummies,” and spoiler alert, they never help.
But, the good reviews just kept popping up.
I wouldn’t consider myself a Kardashian hater, per se—I respect the hustle, but I’ve always prided myself in my ability to resist celebrity-run brands. Over the next few weeks though, I kept seeing glowing reviews about Lemme everywhere, from TikTok and IG to People, CNBC, Popsugar, Harper’s Bazaar and more.
Most of the buzz was about how the gummies taste just like candy, so I decided to do a deep dive into the customer testimonials to get some real people’s opinions about whether or not they actually do anything.
I was floored by the overwhelming response:
Needless to say, I didn’t need much convincing after seeing a comrade in IBS mention that Lemme Debloat has helped with her discomfort and bloating. Hopeful, I placed my first order and signed up for the subscription option to get 10% off. The total came to $27 for 30 servings.
Before I get into it, Lemme break down the ingredients.
The first thing that stuck out to me about Lemme Debloat was the fact that the gummies don’t contain sugar alcohols or artificial sweeteners (which are a main ingredient in many other gummy vitamins, and a major cause of bloating). On top of that, they’re vegan, gluten-free, GMO-free, and don’t contain any artificial colors, flavors, or high-fructose corn syrup.
Basically, Lemme’s products are free of all of the things that mess with my IBS. That alone was a refreshing change from the sea of gummy vitamin brands that prioritize taste over nutritional value.
Now for the things Lemme Debloat does contain: I was happy to see that each gummy is packed with clinically-studied ingredients like LactoSpore®, DE111, and XOS, which are known for their digestive health benefits (and the clinically studied doses of each, as well).
Though Lemme has a celebrity founder, the products were formulated with experts, and I appreciate the transparency about their ingredients. I was excited to test out my gummies.
My order arrived in 3 days, and I was off to the races.
The first thing I need to say is, these gummies are freaking delicious. They taste like blackberry—the perfect balance of sweet and sour. So yeah, they’re good. But do they do what they say they will? I started taking them as directed (2 gummies per day), and a few days in, I decided I’d put ’em to the test by going to an Italian restaurant with my friends.
Pasta is one of my favorite foods, but it normally leaves me looking like a beached whale (one with horrible gas pains). With Lemme, I not only felt a significant decrease in the amount of bloating and gas, but I could also see a difference in how bloated my stomach was compared to any other night out. Oh, and I didn’t immediately call an Uber home to switch into stretchy pants.
Fast forward a month: my second shipment is on the way.
I’m excited to say that Lemme Debloat is my new favorite thing. Not only have these gummies helped relieve my bloating pains, but they’ve actually empowered me to feel more confident about eating previously “off-limits” foods I love (like ice cream) without the persistent discomfort that I’ve come to expect over the years.
Now I will say, these gummies aren’t magic. Lemme Debloat hasn’t cured my IBS, but the effects I feel from taking it are noticeable and the relief is sweet. My second order is on the way, and I couldn’t be more excited to keep up my routine.
I know that consistency plays a critical role in gut health. But as I mentioned earlier, I hate taking the pills and powdered probiotics, so I was never consistent with them. With Lemme, I actually look forward to taking my vitamins every day and haven’t missed a day yet. Who said wellness couldn’t be enjoyable?
I never thought I’d see the day I’d be shouting out a Kardashian…
But I’m so happy with my Lemme Debloat experience that I’m thinking about trying out some of their other products. They have a full line of gummy vitamins and botanical-infused tinctures that support everything from sleep and relaxation to PMS and vaginal health—and the reviews on those look promising.
I’ve been eyeing the Build Your Own Bundle option, so I can try the Lemme Matcha, Lemme Chill, and Lemme Purr—and get $10 off. For now though, I’ll be on the lookout for my second bottle of Lemme Debloat in the mail.
If you’re looking for a natural, delicious solution to your bloating, I could not recommend Lemme Debloat more.
