Most of us have been working from home for less than a week and it already feels like it’s been months. The first day I woke up early, showered, enjoyed my coffee and set up a very productive at-home office. By day 2 I was in sweat pants and a sports bra working from the couch; every 20 minutes I’d get up to dust the bookshelf or wipe down the counter or watch the same updates on every news channel (pretty much anything but focus).
I thought solo WFH-life was hard enough until I saw Jimmy Fallon trying to film The Tonight Show from home—if you have kids, then you need to pay attention to this next part.
On day 2, I was hit with an IG ad from a bottled coffee company; I figured coffee helps with productivity so let me click and see what’s behind it. When I got to the site, it wasn’t the bottled coffee that caught my attention, it was these Super Coffee Pods. Each pod has 200mg of caffeine (that’s like 2 cups of coffee) and is loaded with Vitamins (B3, B6, B12, D3, E). We all need more vitamins right now and if they come from my coffee that’s a win-win.
Since I’m all about productivity (or at least pretending to be productive), I don’t really have time to make a pot of coffee in the morning, so I’m a big fan of my Keurig machine. The convenience factor is great but the quality of their coffee is … well, it’s just gross. Luckily, the Super Coffee Pods work in my Keurig, and it’s actually strong coffee.
The best part came as I was checking out; they gave me the chance to try their Super Creamer for free! Normally I drink my coffee black, but now that we’re in WFH-life I’m into trying new things. This creamer has protein, MCT Oil (healthy fats that help with focus), and zero sugar—I’m here for that.
I got their Starter Pack, which was $30 bucks, and came with 20 vitamin-infused pods, and a 2-pack of creamer. The creamer is delicious and the coffee & creamer combo gives me real energy. It’s WFH day 5 for me, and now I have the energy and focus to get through my to-do list faster than on day 2.
I’m not sure this will stop your kids from treating you like a jungle-gym, but if you use this special link, you can try their Starter Pack to give you the energy and the ability to focus through the distractions.
Stay safe, stay focused, and stay healthy, friends!
