Essentially, all you have to do is strap the mask on and medical grade silicone comfortably contours to the entire area around the eyes. Each treatment is only 3 minutes, at which point the mask turns off on its own. What’s more, the mask enlists four (!) types of light therapy for optimal results: Red, Deep Red, Near-Infrared, and Amber.
Given the size and lightweight design, it’s the perfect tool to bring on-the-go. Red light therapy is most effective when used frequently and consistently, so a bulky, annoying device would defeat the point.
